Drunk on Comics Pocast Special Edition: Interviews from Motor City Comic Con part 1
We’ve got a ton of interviews lined up from our recent trip to Motor City Comic Con. In this installment, we talk to a number of comic book creators.
We talk with Sina Grace and Daniel Freedman about their book from Image, Burn the Orphanage.
Jay Fosgitt discusses his all ages book Bodie Troll from Red 5 Comics.
Our interview with Charles Soule takes a fantastic turn as Ryan Stegman unexpectedly joins the conversation and we get an in depth look at their first project together, Inhumans from Marvel Comics.
Mark McKenna tells us about his independent comic books, Banana Tail and Combat Jacks. He also talks a little about seeing Blink (a character he spent a lot of time with on the Exiles book) on screen this summer in the movie X-Men: Days of Future Past.
And then there is Bill the book maker guy. He makes books. Well at least his company, Thomson-Shore, does. Since he had to share a booth next to us, he got the obligatory interview, which taught us a thing or two about getting some books published.
Stay tuned, because in the next few days we will have more interviews with more creators and even some celebrities coming your way.
