Drunk on Comics Podcast 229: An Interview with Dirk Manning…..Again
Hello fellow listeners to the greatest podcast that involves casual conversations about all things comics with a splash of booze. In this episode, Tony, Linz and Derek have the chance to talk with a good friend in the industry, Dirk Manning. He has been on our show more than any other podcast, and we continue to have fun while talking about all the great work he is doing, as well as other fun topics that we enjoy.
The main topic of discussion is the dream in the making for years: The Nightmare World Omnibus. Within the pages of this demonic book, there are collected the works of all 4 Nightmare Worlds, as well as some surprises for readers of the series. The kickstarter campaign found here, has already been funded, and the stretch goals are all coming in short order.
We were able to get a bit more out of Dirk when he hits all the current goals and find out what new rewards might be in store. The guys also got off topic like usual, by talking wrestling. They also explored some new projects that can or cannot be confirmed at this time, but listen to the episode and you will know what we mean.
