Drunk on Comics Episode 206: D.O.E3
Tony is back to help right eh ship after leaving just Derek and Linz in charge last week. And he is more excited than normal to get recording because this past week was the Electronic Entertainment Expo which debuted some of the newest games and hardware in the video game industry. Although the group mainly talks about comic books, they do enjoy the many aspects of nerdom and this weeks episode is primarily about video games.
The Game of Consoles is one that is always talked about at E3, but this year, it seemed more lackluster. Both Sony and Microsoft debuted newerish boxes, while Nintendo put a lot of stock in the new Legend of Zelda game. Virtual Reality was also one of the coolest aspects that was on the show floor at E3 this year.
Booze and a Book was Plants Vs. Zombies #12 paired with a Zombie Brain Shot, which is 1 ounce Peach Schnapps, 1 teaspoon Baileys, and 1/2 teaspoon Grenadine.
