Everyone in the studio was definitely in a booze and/or food comma with it being a holiday weekend. But they were able to get through another week of reviews and news for your listening pleasure. Linz reviewed the book Young Terrorists #1. After she started explaining that the main character was framed for a terrorist act, and is forming her own team to go after the bad guys, Tony and Derek started understanding how you could cheer on a young terrorist to win.
Derek finally gave Lois a pass on her outing Superman in the recent story arc, and in Superman #43 you find out why she did it. If only Superman could forgive her and realize he might not have had a backup plan to stop the information getting out like he thought he would. (mainly because he is not Batman, so he doesn’t have that power set). Tony was super excited to pick up Aliens/Vampirella #1, but he had to do some research on Vampirella first. And the origin story of her is as crazy as pairing her up to take out some Aliens. It is a pretty well thought out first issue to what will hopefully be a bloody good comic.

Booze and a Book paired Hail Hydra #2 with a Midori sour, because as Rick Remender leaves Marvel, it also leaves a sour taste in our mouth, much like the drink
