Thanos (Illinois) Vs. Witchblade (Colorado)

It is the Battle of the Gauntlets, as we see who’s could do more damage. The Witchblade Vs The Infinity Gauntlet

Looks:

Th Infinity Gauntlet is pretty cool. You can see the gems and you know that if someone is wielding it, you are in for some trouble. But the Witchblade is just bad-ass. And since it is a symbiotic artifact, it becomes part of the person wielding it. Hands down Witchblade wins this category.

Origin:

Thanos found out if you take the six infinity gems and use them together you become a god. So he made a cool looking gauntlet to hold them together. The Witchblade is a male entity of both light and dark which represents both order and chaos. It is the offspring of the primal forces of the universe, the Daekness and the Angelus. Since they are both made from cosmic entities, they are tied in this regard.

Who can wield it:

As for the Witchblade, it is male in origin, so must have a female host. This leaves 50% of people from not being able to use it. The Infinity Gauntlet on the other hand, can be wielded by anyone in its possession. Plus the Infinity Gauntlet has been wielded by not only Thanos, but Captain America, Silver Surfer, as well as other cool heroes. So The Infinity Gauntlet wins here.

Powers:

This is the category that means the most. What good is a weopon if it sucks. The Witchblade, when used, expands across the body of the host. The amount and coverage of the armor depends on the level of the threat. This armor can produce extensions of itself that can form swords, other stabbing weapons, hooks, chains, shields, and wings, enabling the wielder to fly. It can also shoot laser beams and re-animate the dead.

The Infinity Gauntlet lets you be God. ‘Nuff said

So although the Witchblade won in overall aesthetics, looks alone can’t win the game. It with the magnitude of power that the Infinity Gauntlet is the winner, and with it Thanos.
