The Toledo Mudhens (Triple-A affiliate to the Detroit Tigers) have these special edition jerseys to be worn by the players for the game. No details as of this post if they are going to have replicas or they are going to sell game worn jerseys down the road. My guess since merchandising is so important would be yes and yes.
