Drunk On Comics Podcast 127: Live from Grand Rapids Comic Con
After taking a week off, Kevin and Derek converged upon Grand Rapids Comic Con to take in all the nerdy glory their backyard had to offer over the weekend.
The guys reviewed a couple of their favorite books from this for Off the Shelf. Kevin went on a DC rampage with reviews of Superman/Wonder Woman #13, Justice League #36 and Lobo #1 & 2. Derek kept it simple Dawn & Vampirella #2 from Dynamite Entertainment.
Since there was a week hiatus, there was more news than normal to cover, including some movie updates, Howard the Duck and some staffing changes at the Big 2.
Indie Turpike highlighted Sinergy #1, while Booze & a Book paired Bob’s Burger’s #4 with a good old Hamm’s beer.
So kick back, grab a drink of your choice, and spend some time with your favorite virtual drinking buddies.
