Drunk on Comics Podcast 137: Beer Slushies
Derek and Tony obviously would not get far on American Idol, with their little renditions of songs throughout this episode of the podcast, which is why they are sticking to the things they know best: Comic books and Beer. Tony starts Off the Shelf with the excellent artwork of Inhumans #11, and shows a side of Queen Medusa that is rarely seen. Derek brought up the new book The Dying and The Dead #1, which has a lot going on and leaves us wanting more.
Indie Turnpike was Vertigo Quarterly Key (Black) which is a collection of stories all based on or inspired by the color Black.
Booze and a Book was the pairing of Munchkin #1 with Founders Dirty Basted, because Derek thinks Tony is still a dirty bastard for “cheating” the one time he played the game.
