Drunk on Comics Podcast 328: Beach Bods
Drunk on Comics is back from a short summertime vacation. And they had a lot to talk about. They talked about a handful of books they read on their break, some of which have been wrapping up their stories, or getting towards their end. We discussed Descender, Transformers, Avengers, Thor, and especially Saga, with their announcement of a yearlong hiatus of the series.
They also discussed many of the things that came from San Diego Comic Con. There were movie trailers that have us interested, as well as some interesting comic book inspired television. Then there are the books, which seem to be getting better and better each year. SDCC isn’t the only convention, but it is the one that has some of the biggest announcements and there were plenty to talk about. We went through all the most interesting and gave our thoughts on them.
