Drunk on Comics is back again with another show starting out with some festive celebrations. Its Cinco De Mayo, but instead of Tequila, we are drinking mimosas on the first weekend that actually feels like spring. Tony is happy to not have a repeat of the previous year, while Linz and Charles make light that it is almost a weekly occurrence if that will happen or not.
But it was also a huge nerdy weekend as well with FCBD and Star Wars day. Tony talked about the free books he picked up, while Linz picked up some normal weekly books to talk about. They also talked some more spoiler free info about Avengers Endgame and its killing at the box office.
Booze and a Book is in honor of Peter Mayhew with a pairing of the Chewbacca comic series paired with a Chewbacca mixed drink.
