The other day I ran into this particular item that still baffles my brain.  Right from 88′ it’s the G.I.Joe Tissue Pouch.  Made by <snicker> DuCair Bioessence, this pouch safely transports your nose wipes between the battle field… or bus stop.    Really?  I feel bad for any kid who received this as a present.  Should have also given them a new pack of underwear to as the ones they were wearing were going to be town from the tremendous wedgy that they were going to receive.
