Drunk on Comics Podcast 105: Second Time Around
Tony and Matt are holding down the fort while Derek and Kevin are out doing life stuff. But the guys try to do what they can to keep this podcast rolling. Matt reviewed Uber #14 for off the shelf, where he explains the interesting super powered world of WWII. (spoiler alert, Hitler is dead, in the beginning) Tony picked up Wildfire #1, which has a very interesting way that Los Angeles is burning down.
Indie Turnpike is the very adult Dicks End of Time #1. The comic is definitely in the realm of poop and fart jokes, making the characters very dickish, kind of like us at times.
Booze and a Book was an pulled from Matt’s long box, which was Earth X paired with the The Dude’s Rug by B. Nektar which definitely tied both of them together.
Also, happy Father’s Day to all the fathers, as well as those that don’t know they are fathers out there. Hopefully when your children are of age, they will get hooked on comics like you all are now.
