Tony, Derek and Linz had a great time recording this week. Besides the initial anger from Derek not getting an invite to see the new Ninja Turtles movie, Tony and Linz saved him the trouble by recapping all the great things, as well as the awfulness that is the movie version of this beloved property. This got into a review of the new book Bebop and Rocksteady Destroy Everything #1.
Derek brought up some of the happenings at DC with Rebirth and Tony spoiled the big reveal because he needed to talk about the duality of comic book universes. They also spoke a bit of the X-men movie again, as well as some of the hate towards the fandom that is the comic book industry when they shake things up.
Booze and a book was the pairing of Civil War II #1 paired with Lagunitas Hop Stoopid.
