Drunk on Comics Podcast 318: Conversations at Cherry Capital Comic Con 2018
It’s another week on the road for Tony, where he attended C4, otherwise known as Cherry Capital Comic Con in Traverse City, Michigan. When you hear many guests say how awesome of a show it is, they are not lying. Its great that everyone is so laid back and able to chat at any given moment. In attendance was former host Derek Becker, both him and Tony sat down to have another chat about the convention for those who couldn’t make it.
Joining in on this weeks episode was Derek’s wife Mel, as well as a random appearance of Dirk Manning. The two had a blast like every time they get together to do a duel podcast, and the magic that made Drunk on Comics is still strong with them. There are a few interviews that will be posted in the coming weeks from the show, so look forward to them. Also a huge thanks to the staff that put on one of the best shows around. Your hospitality and help is beyond limits.
And especially thanks to Pat Kawula who has been telling Tony he needs to head back to this convention for the past couple years. Tony has been missing it due to attending a beer and brat festival on the same weekend. He regrets having missed out on all the fun this show has to offer, and will not be missing out again.
