Drunk on Comics Podcast 347: The Star Wars Holiday Special Review
The title says it all. Tony was fortunate enough (or unfortunate) to watch the Star Wars Holiday Special with some friends this past week, and wow did he want to talk about it. Linz, who has seen it before, suffered through another viewing to remember all the fantastic parts of this “special.” Joining them this week is Tony’s friend, Charles, who partook in the masochistic viewing of this toy commercial.
There is so much about this thing that it truly does need to be watch at one point in everyone’s life. Call it “A Wonderful Life,” as in, this is what the Star Wars Universe could have been with too many hands in the cookie jar. But if you were not wanting to waste and hour and a half of your life on this monstrosity, listen to the podcast that will bring the highlights to the forefront (and since there really aren’t any, enjoy the terrible ones we do talk about)
