Drunk on Comics Special Edition: Interview with Brian E. Lau
Linz, Tony and Derek had the pleasure of chatting with Brian E. Lau this week. He is working on his title Staunch Ambition. We talked with Brian about the origin for this comic, which started as a character design for a role-playing game that then turned in to a comic cover for college class and then developed over time from there.
We discussed the art style of this book with Brian, how he decided to take it in the direction he did, and the where he wants to take it in the future. Tony tried to use the words “staunch” and “ambition” in as many sentences as possible.
